About Karpathos
Karpathos is a small paradise in the SE of the Aegian!
The island of Karpathos lies between the two well known Greek islands of Rhodes and Crete.
There are 12 villages in Karpathos, each one with its own unique beauties. These are: Karpathos(Pigadia), Menetes, Aperi, Arkasa, Messochori, Othos, Volada, Pyles, Foeniki, Diafani, Spoa and Olymbos. There are daily buses to these villages as well as boat excursions to Olympos and Diafani.
Karpathos is well known for its beautiful beaches and the ideal wind conditions for wind surfing. The best known beaches are: Ammoopi, Apella, Kira Panagia, Ahata, Lefkos and Agios Nikolaos. There are daily excursions by boat to many of these beaches particularly those that are not easily accesible by bus or car.
